You can also find us on Sundays this summer at the Scarborough Farmers Market.
We'll announce future pop-ups on our mailing list and on Instagram, so be sure to follow for updates!
What's a cottage bakery?
A cottage bakery or microbakery is essentially a home bakery. We operate under a home food processing license from the state of Maine which allows us to sell baked goods directly to consumers.
How should I store my sourdough or pastries?
Sourdough likes to breathe and will stay crispy in open air for 24-36 hours. Slice only as needed so the crust will keep the bread fresh.
Sourdough freezes very well. Place in a freezer bag before placing in the freezer. Thaw at room temperature on a wire rack before placing in a preheated 350 degree oven for 5-8 minutes, depending on the size.

Cookies, muffins, and pastries are best eaten within 24 hours of pick-up. You can store them in an airtight container and store on the counter for 3-4 additional days. They also freeze well. Place in a freezer bag before placing in the freezer. Thaw at room temperature on a wire rack. To re-warm, place thawed pastries in a 300 degree oven for 3-5 minutes.
Do you make any vegan/gluten-free goods?
We do offer a selection of gluten free and vegan options.
